Shipping Policy
Our delivery charge to the UK is currently:
- For orders under £60 - £5.95 (including VAT)
- For orders over £60 - Free
We aim to deliver goods within 7 working days of receiving your order. We use couriers so a signature will be required.
If you would like to collect your order from Worcester, no delivery cost shall be added. Once you select collection, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection.
We are able to ship internationally, providing payment has been made in advance. Please contact us for more details.
If your order hasn't been delivered within 14 days, please contact us on 01905 611771 or by email via the website.
Returns Policy
Returns can only be accepted if either
a) the goods are faulty or damaged or
b) the goods are not those ordered.
If it is necessary to return goods, these should be in their original packaging and returned within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the goods for you.
Please also note we are only able to replace identical products, so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order.
